1. Delivery and Shipping Policy<\/h2>

Delivery Times:<\/strong>
Orders will be processed and delivered within 2 business days<\/strong> from the date the transaction is approved by the credit card company. Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, or official non-working days.<\/p>

Delivery Method:<\/strong>
Deliveries will be carried out through a courier company contracted by the Company.<\/p>

Delivery Areas and Costs:<\/strong>
Shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. The Company does not undertake to deliver products to areas outside the coverage area of the courier company with which it works.<\/p>

If there is no response from the recipient, the Company may leave the delivery outside the recipient\u2019s door.<\/p>

Delays:<\/strong>
The website and the Company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control, including strikes, demonstrations, security emergencies, or force majeure events.<\/p>

2. Order Cancellation and Product Return Policy<\/h2>

This cancellation policy is subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741\u20131981<\/strong>, and the regulations enacted pursuant to it.<\/p>

Cancellation Period:<\/strong>
The customer may cancel a transaction from the date it is made and up to 14 days from the date the product is received<\/strong>, or from the date the customer receives the document containing the transaction details, whichever is later.<\/p>

Cancellation Fees:<\/strong>
In the event of a cancellation that is not due to a defect or non-conformity, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or NIS 100, whichever is lower<\/strong>, will be charged.<\/p>

The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.<\/p>

Product Return Conditions:<\/strong>
Where possible, the product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, undamaged, and unused.<\/p>

3. Defective Products and Non-Conformity<\/h2>

Product Inspection:<\/strong>
The customer must inspect the product immediately upon receipt. Complaints regarding defective products will be accepted within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong> and only upon presentation of the product.<\/p>

Reporting a Defect:<\/strong>
If the customer receives a defective product, or if there is a discrepancy between the product ordered and the product supplied, the customer must notify the Company immediately and provide a description of the defect and\/or a photograph of the product.<\/p>

Handling and Refunds:<\/strong>
If the product is determined to be defective:<\/p>

  • The customer will not be charged cancellation fees or return shipping fees.<\/li>
  • The Company shall have the right to offer a replacement of the defective product with a non-defective product.<\/li>
  • If the product cannot be replaced, a full refund<\/strong> will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.<\/li><\/ul>

    4. Privacy Protection and Confidentiality Policy<\/h2>

    The business undertakes not to share the customer\u2019s details with any third party.<\/strong><\/h4>

    Confidentiality Commitment:<\/strong>
    The Company recognizes the importance of privacy and undertakes not to transfer, sell, rent, or disclose the customer\u2019s personal information, including name, address, email address, telephone number, and credit card details, to any third party, except in the following circumstances:<\/p>

    1. When necessary to complete the purchase and delivery process, such as providing the customer\u2019s name and address to the courier company.<\/li>
    2. When the Company receives a court order or is otherwise legally required to disclose the information.<\/li>
    3. In the event of a legal dispute or claim between the customer and the Company.<\/li><\/ol>

      Information Security:<\/strong>
      The Company takes customary and reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of customer information.<\/p>
